What kind of information and what we do with your information?

VSS will only collect your information where it is lawful, fair and necessary for the function of our business.

When you sign up for a newsletter on our website or use the contact form, we will collect the personal information you give us such as your name, contact and email address.  When you also take on our services your details will be stored in VSS accounting software, Xero. 

 

Information like account information, including company, contact details and bank information.  There are extremely strict limitations on who can access personal information within Xero.  No credit card details are stored within Xero.

Newsletter sign-up

This site has sign-up forms for newsletters, which are delivered through a third-party application (Mailchimp).  This sign-up requires you to submit contact information (such as your name, email and postal address).  This information will be used by VSS to provide regular communications.

Security

VSS stores little personal information on its physical office site.  Any private information held by third parties is regularly assessed by us to ensure that appropriate data protection mitigations are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your private information.
